Each greeting card/poem is individually handmade by Poeticcrafts therefore there may be slight variations on each design. I have made every effort to note this fact and display and describe as arcuately as possible the colours and images of my products that appear on my website. I cannot guarantee that your computers monitor display of any colour will be exact.

* MODIFICATION TO THE SERVICES AND PRICES
Prices for my products are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right at any time to modify the prices of my products or discontinue products without notice. I shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modifications to my site or price changes or discontinuance of any products.
*DELIVERY & RETURNS
I aim to deliver products within the estimated times as stated on my website. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. I will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by the late delivery. If you receive products from me that do not meet your expectations for whatever reason you can return them to me in an unused condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Commissioned greetings cards and Bespoke poetry are not included due to their bespoke nature unless the products are faulty or damaged. Any error made by you on ordering such as correct spelling of names, dates and other information does not count as faulty.

*SAFETY
Please be aware when making your order that there are small parts on some of my products that are unsuitable for small children.
