Yes I do. I send out special offers and promotional codes from time to time to subscribers and followers on Facebook & Instagram. The best way to keep informed is to subscribe on the website or follow me on Facebook/Instagram.

If you realise you have made a mistake after ordering then please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to apply your changes before dispatch. Unfortunately it is not possible to make any alterations to your order after dispatch.

I aim to dispatch orders for greetings cards within 3-5 working days Monday to Friday using Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please note commissioned greeting cards will be dispatched within 7 working days. Bespoke Poetry will take slightly longer and I aim to dispatch those within 14 working days so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Postage will be based on Royal mail prices  and will depend on the  size and weight of your order. Any offers of free postage on items will apply to mainland UK only. Postage will be added to all other areas of the UK.

I would like you to be 100% satisfied with your PoeticCrafts order as I carefully create each item individually to the highest quality and describe my products in as much detail as possible to avoid any disappointment when they arrive.

If you need to return your item, you must do so within 30 days of receipt. To request a return, please contact me stating your order number and name and address and the reason for the return and I will advise you how to return it. Please note this policy does not apply to personalised greetings cards or bespoke poetry unless the items are faulty or damaged due to their personal nature.

All orders are suitably packaged for postage to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition but occasionally they may still be damaged during transit. If your order has arrived incomplete or damaged then please contact me, tell me your order number, date and what you ordered and I will send a replacement as soon as possible.
